Dear Paulina…
As a girl’s wedding day approaches, she spends most of her time worrying about the fine details of every little thing. I didn’t have to worry about our meal however because of the absolute wonderful service you provided to us before our big day was even here. From the ease of choosing our menu, to the support and reassurance you gave me that all would go smoothly, you helped make our wedding one of the most special days of my life.
Most brides have told me they don’t eat at their wedding, but I couldn’t wait to sample your cooking, and I was not disappointed. The food was so fresh and tasty and our head table was raving about how good everything was. Les was so appreciative of your care in not adding onions to the salads, and he couldn’t stop talking about how he enjoyed every dish you served.
I also want to thank you for letting the cake lady, the margarita machine staff and the DJ into the hall. I know that it put added pressure on you and your staff, but you did it with no complaints. Just another one of your personality traits that makes you so exceptional.
I received so many compliments from our guests saying that it was the best meal they had ever had, that the food was “so fresh”, and that the staff were so courteous, efficient and professional. My husband’s Baba was a caterer (she often served Wayne Gretzky and the Edmonton Oilers Team) and she has on more than one occasion told me how no one can make good cabbage rolls but she told me yours were amazing. She also commented on how your panni buns were so fresh and I told her you bake them the day of the event. She said that it was one of the best meals she has ever had and that we were so lucky to have such a wonderful caterer. It made my day to hear her talk so highly of your service.

We wish to acknowledge the wonderful facilities and the friendly cooperation of the supervising Staff at the Beverly Heights Community Centre, leading up to and including our enjoyable evening in the large Hall. All with whom we dealt in regard to our upcoming and during our Banquet and Dance were at every stage, helpful and friendly.
In particular, we wish to express our thanks and gratitude to the Caterer and her Crew. We had high expectations of Pauline Niawchuk going in. It gives us pleasure to be able to say that she exceeded our every expectation in the preparation of a first class meal as well as the presentation and serving thereof. Our Guests all 146 of them enjoyed the meal to their heart’s content. Many, many, were the compliments offered us, which we promised to pass on to Pauline.
Being current and longtime members of the community league, Ida and I are proud of the Facilities within the Centre and the accommodating staff and associates who are looking after our patrons.

Hi Paulina.....first of all I would like to thank you for the wonderful job you and your staff did for our daughter Charlene's wedding held on June 11. The food was delicious and prepared very professionally. I would also like to say thank you for the special "small meal" you prepared for my Mom, who was allergic to mushrooms. It was enjoyed and you went above and beyond. We didn't have to worry about a thing!
My next question for you is this: my son is getting married next summer (July ). Do you do catering at other venues, besides the Beverly Heights Community Hall? My future daughter in-law is looking for caterers that are willing to do an "outdoor" wedding on her parents acreage, which is located by Devon.
